Return & Refund Policy

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) return shipments.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
